Once an order is placed we do our utmost to get it processed and into
production as expeditiously as possible. Because most of our products are
custom made to order it may prove difficult to change or cancel your
existing order if we are not notified in a timely manner. Our Order
Department will do their utmost to accommodate any post sale change or
cancellation depending on the time frame and circumstances. Cancelled
orders may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
