Our delivery times are based on many factors, including the level of
customization, your destination address, number of pieces, manufacturer
processes and whether it is a custom order or an in stock item. The
estimated delivery time will be displayed on the sales invoice.
If the product is an in stock item or part of our Quick Ship Program
then it will arrive within 7 to 14 business days from time of order
placement.
If the product has been custom made then we calculate delivery time by
taking the estimated time it takes to manufacture the product and add the
time it takes a package to travel from the manufacturer's facility to
your destination address, based on the shipping alternative you've
selected. Orders for multiple items or multiple orders of a single item
can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.
